The Cut Flower Member’s Club is a subscription-based service offering:

• Monthly seed boxes tailored to each season.
• Access to exclusive digital resources, including sowing guides, video tutorials, and online community support.
• Membership renews automatically on 01 of each month unless canceled in accordance with these Terms and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3.1 Initial Payment:

• Your first payment is processed immediately upon signup, confirming your membership.

3.2 Recurring Payments:

• Subsequent payments are charged on the 1st of each month, regardless of your initial subscription date.
• Payments cover the upcoming month's seed box and continued access to digital resources.

3.3 Mid-Month Signups:

• If you join after the 20th of the month, your payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive instant access to all digital resources. However, your first subscription box will be dispatched as part of the following month’s cycle. This ensures everyone can sow their seeds together at the same time. You will not be charged again on the 1st of the next month following your first payment.

3.4 Payment Failure:

• If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to three additional times. If payment remains unsuccessful, your membership may be paused or terminated.

3.5 Currency and Fees:

• All prices are listed in GBP (£). Additional charges, such as VAT or shipping fees (if applicable), will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4.1 Dispatch Schedule

• Boxes are dispatched during the first week of each month.

4.2 Late Signups:

• Members who join after the 20th will receive their first box in the subsequent month’s cycle. For example, a signup on the 23rd of January will receive their first box at the start of February.

4.3 Shipping Locations:

• We currently ship only to the UK and Northern Ireland. Shipping fees are included in the membership cost unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Delayed or Missing Shipments:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. If your box does not arrive within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact hello@thecutflower.club

For full details on cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellations and Refund Policy. Below is a summary:

• Cancellations: To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be processed on or before the 25th of the current month. Please email cancellations@thecutflower.club with your details and request for cancellation which can take up to 24 hours.
• Refunds: Payments already processed are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, as outlined in the Cancellations and Refund Policy.

6.1 Returns:

• Due to the perishable nature of seeds, we do not accept returns.

6.2 Damaged or Missing Items:

• If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at hello@thecutflower.club. We will replace or rectify the issue at no additional cost.

• Membership includes immediate access to our online portal, which contains sowing guides, video tutorials, Q&A recordings and a flower library. There will also be access to a private Facebook community for paid members only. Access begins as soon as your payment is processed.
• Digital content remains available as long as your membership is active.

Membership renews automatically on the 1st of each month unless canceled as per Section 5.

• We will notify members of significant changes to pricing, billing, or terms at least 30 days in advance.

We value your privacy. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information collected is used solely to fulfill your membership and provide updates or support.

10.1 General Disclaimer:

• The Cut Flower Club provides products and services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of using the products or advice provided.

10.2 Liability for Loss or Damage:

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products, including but not limited to:Failure of seeds to germinate or grow.
  Loss of plants due to environmental conditions, pests, or improper care.

10.3 Physical Product Disclaimer:

• Seeds are subject to environmental factors beyond our control. While we strive to provide high-quality seeds, germination rates are not guaranteed.

10.4 Limits of Liability:

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for your membership during the 12 months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or through our membership portal. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
