Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, purchasing our products, or becoming a member of The Cut Flower Club. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
The Cut Flower Club is a UK-based business providing digital courses, gardening education and a monthly seed subscription service. If you need to contact us, please email: hello@thecutflower.club
2. Using Our Website
By accessing our website in any way, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. This includes any part of the site, whether accessed directly or through links.
3. The Cut Flower Starter System (Digital Course)
3.1 What You Are Buying
This is a one-off purchase that includes digital content only. You will receive:
Online lessons
Videos, guides and written materials
Supporting resources
There is no physical product included.
3.2 Access to the Course
You will have ongoing access to the course for as long as the course exists. If we ever retire or replace the course, we will give you reasonable notice.
3.3 Refund Policy (14-Day Guarantee)
If after going through the lessons you feel the course isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days and we will refund you. Refund requests must be emailed to: hello@thecutflower.club. Once a refund is issued, access to the course will be removed.
3.4 Digital Goods – No Returns
Because this is a digital product with immediate access, there is no “return” option outside of the 14-day guarantee.
3.5 Use of Materials – Copyright Notice
All course content is provided for personal use only.
You agree that you will not:
Copy or redistribute the course materials
Share your login details
Upload content to any public or private site
Sell, resell, or repurpose the materials in any form
This clause is enforceable under UK copyright law.
4. The Cut Flower Club (Subscription Service)
4.1 What the Membership Includes
A monthly seed box
Access to digital resources, including sowing guides and videos
Access to our member-only Flower Shed
Monthly Q&A sessions
Support and guidance throughout the gardening year
Membership renews automatically on the 1st of each month.
4.2 Initial Payment
Your first payment is taken immediately when you join.
4.3 Recurring Payments
Further payments are charged on the 1st of each month and cover the upcoming month’s seeds and resources.
4.4 Mid-Month Sign-Ups (After the 20th)
If you join after the 20th:
You will receive immediate digital access.
Your first seed box will be sent with the following month’s dispatch.
You will not be charged again on the next 1st of the month.
4.5 Payment Issues
If a payment fails, we will attempt it several times. If unsuccessful, your membership may be paused.
4.6 Shipping and Dispatch
Seed boxes are posted during the first week of each month. We currently ship to the UK and Northern Ireland. If your box hasn’t arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please email us.
4.7 Cancellations and Refunds
To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must be requested on or before the 25th of the month. Email: cancellations@thecutflower.club. Payments already made are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
4.8 Returns
Seeds are perishable; therefore, we cannot accept returns.
4.9 Damaged or Missing Items
If your box arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we will replace it.

While your membership is active, you will have access to:

Sowing guides
Videos
Q&A recordings
The flower library
Access ends if your membership ends.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 General
Our products and resources are provided to help you grow cut flowers. Results naturally vary depending on environmental conditions and personal care.
6.2 Seeds and Growing Conditions
We do not guarantee specific results, germination rates, or flowering outcomes. Weather, pests and soil conditions are beyond our control.
6.3 Maximum Liability
Our responsibility to you will never exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If a significant change affects you, we will notify you by email or through the member portal.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
